Ms. ROUS Sophallin

Operations Manager

Ms. Rous joined the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS) in 2017 after completing an internship under the Chevening Internship Programme with Chevening Alumnus Mr. Chan Sophal. Following her successful internship, she was retained to serve in an  accounting role and has since advanced to Operations Manager.

She has 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and operations, with strong knowledge in project management and proven capacity in managing support staff. At CPS, she is responsible for overseeing the use of resources, supervising administrative and accounting staff, and ensuring smooth implementation of research studies. She also provides financial oversight and field operation support across projects.

Ms. Rous holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Chea Sim University of Kamchaymear, supported by the Royal Government of Cambodia Scholarship.
