Mr. CHHUM Rathany

Researcher

With over eight years of experience in teaching, research, program management, and leadership, Rathany has successfully delivered field learning programs for more than 250 social work students in collaboration with over 50 organizational partners. He has co-led multiple research projects and actively engaged in numerous national and international professional development and leadership programs. Recognized with multiple awards, Rathany recently earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy through the Australia Awards Scholarship, specializing in Green Finance Policy. Leveraging his background in social work and public policy, he enjoys working on evidence-based solutions and stakeholder engagement, driven by his passion for green, sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
