Ms. Houn Kalyan is currently working as a senior researcher at the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS). She has over 10 years of experience in research covering a wide range of topics such as natural resources management, food security, governance, gender, agriculture, and rural infrastructure for national and sub-national governments, international organizations, and development partners such as IDRC, CCAP (DFAT), CAVAC, and SAAMBAT. Her specialists are in leading research design, managing research knowledge products, and designing the MEL Framework, particularly working to support research and performance assessment for the projects. Ms. Houn Kalyan received a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
