Ms. Seng Satya is currently working as an accountant part-time at the Centre of Policy Studies. She has experience over 10 years in accounting, and finance and knowledge of Cambodia Tax from companies, and local and international organizations. Ms. Seng Satya has completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Management, Diploma in Cambodia Taxation from CamEd Business School and National Tax School.
