Mr. SENG Sopheak serves as a senior researcher and project coordinator at the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS). Mr. Sopheak has worked as a development practitioner and researcher for several years. He has extensive experience working with local and international organizations, think tanks, and the government in the fields of education (teaching), good governance, advocacy, women in entrepreneurship, community development, national resource management, fisheries management, and local livelihood improvement. Before joining the CPS, Mr. Sopheak published several short analytical articles, some policy briefs, and white papers.
Mr. Sopheak completed his master’s degree in Development Studies from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, a postgraduate diploma in Integrating Child Rights in Education from Lund University, Sweden, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Build Bright University, Cambodia.
